382 Notardomenico
382 Notardomenico is a precious and hard-to-find label that celebrates the recovery of an almost forgotten Apulian viticultural heritage. "382" is not just a number, but the soul of this wine: it represents the altitude of the hills where the Notardomenico grape grows, 382 meters above sea level. A landscape made of wind, light, and earth that is reflected in every bottle. This native black grape variety is extremely ancient and rare, cultivated today in very few plots across Italy. Courageously vinified 100% purely and under strict organic farming, the 382 Notardomenico is a return to the roots. A niche wine, designed for those seeking the purest, most secret, and uncontaminated identity of Puglia, capable of looking far ahead without ever forgetting its homeland.

Tasting notes
Pouring a bright ruby red, this wine offers a fresh and fragrant bouquet characterized by crisp, vibrant red fruits, focusing on pure, underripe berries and red cherries while deliberately avoiding any heavy or jammy sensations. On the palate, it is light-bodied, extremely refreshing, and highly drinkable, standing out for its accentuated, mouth-watering acidity balanced by very soft, delicate tannins. It is a crisp and lively wine that perfectly translates its breezy, high-altitude terroir, making it an ideal pairing at 18°C with mixed roasts, game, mushrooms, and aged cheeses.
Food pairings
Excellent with mixed roasts, mushrooms, meat dishes and ragout, hard aged cheeses.
The producer
Giuliani Vini
Nestled between the sun-baked hills of Turi and Gioia del Colle in Puglia, Azienda Agricola Giuliani has been crafting authentic Apulian wines since 1886. Guided by the philosophy "Amore per la terra, passione per i vini" — love for the land, passion for wine — the estate focuses exclusively on indigenous varieties: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Nero di Troia, Susumaniello, and Fiano. Their flagship Primitivo Gioia del Colle DOC has earned international recognition, including the prestigious Tre Bicchieri award from Gambero Rosso. Every bottle is an expression of a territory, a family, and a way of life that has remained unchanged for generations.
